  Tami is the consummate professional. She was so knowledgeable and able to easily explain the why’s and constantly kept us updated, wrote a contract that protected us the buyers and smoothed the way for settlement. You couldn’t ask for a more professional or caring person to work with. We were so lucky to find her.

  Tami Coughlin was the best realtor I have ever used for selling our house. She has more pride in her business skills than any realtor that I have ever met. She also went over the top in getting all inspections and work on the home done to save me time trying to find someone myself.

We had difficulties to say the least with the sale of our house in Georgia while looking for a new house here in Virginia. Tami stuck with us and was amazingly patient. We finally sold the house in Georgia after terrible buys agents threw us through every loop imaginable. We found the perfect house only to find out it went under contract while we looked at it. Tami found an even better house with not only everything the perfect house had, but SO much more. A buyer can not go wrong with Tami as an agent.
