  Tami is a wonderful real estate agent and I so enjoyed working with her. I have bought and sold a lot and bought a new house and sold an old house with her. She is so professional and knowledgable about the area, the neighborhoods and the houses themselves. She is also very quick to respond to questions. I trust her real estate judgement completely. She made the process of buying and selling a house much, much less stressful.

  Tami impressed me with her ability to contact contractors to take care of home inspection requirements in a very timely fashion. She also helped with landscaping and painting to make a great first impression of the property I was selling. Tami's knowledge of all the paper work and laws required in selling a house was impressive. She had the house under contract in a week and was perfectly priced.

  Tami was definitely an outstanding agent, for took control once knew what had to do and got house on the market immediately, thus nonstop follow ups to let know what was going on, and sold in one day.
